One of our specialties is the production of fine jams. What is the difference between confiture and jam? Confiture is a much higher quality product: it has more fruit and fruit pieces, less sugar, no food coloring, and shorter cooking time, so that you get a product that tastes as closest to nature.
Quinces
This confiture has a classic taste of a grandmother's house: sweet and longing.
Serving proposal: In various testimonies it is customary to serve cooked quinces or quince jam in Rosh Hashanah, and also during the breaking of the fast of Yom Kippur.
Strawberry
Confitures and delicacies, for children and adults alike, is our strawberry confiture.
Serving proposal: mix it with yogurt, skim it on a ball of vanilla ice cream to create an impressive dessert, inject it into donuts or make stuffed flower cookies.
Apricot
This confiture we prepare in The Well Delicatessen from fresh fruits which are harvested from the nearby Rosh Pina plantations (our Apricot Vinaigrette is also prepared from those fruits). The taste of this confiture is acidic and has a scented aroma, it is excellent for combining with cream and yogurt, cakes and cooking.
Try mixing high-quality Confitures with yogurt or vanilla ice cream, spread on bread with butter, or add some on desserts. The result will be perfect!

The Well Delicatessen
"The Well Delicatessen" is a boutique artisanal factory in Rosh Pinna, dedicated to creating premium jams, spreads, sauces, and liqueurs that capture the authentic flavors of the Galilee. Each product is crafted using traditional methods from fresh, locally sourced ingredients, with no preservatives, artificial colors, or flavors.
As Judith Yahav of *Yedioth Ahronot* describes, "Small producers of exceptional quality." She highlights the distinctiveness of these products, saying, "They are as far from industrial flavors as you can get. With every spoonful, you feel as if you're dipping into Granny's bubbling pot. Truly artisanal at its best." She adds that The Well’s Figs and Plums jams are a delight and praises the new Kalamata olive tapenade as "perfect."
